1. Ordering Courses

1.2 When a customer places an order for the business learning materials, they are making an offer to purchase the content based on these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any or all parts of any order.
1.3 A legally binding agreement between us and the customer shall come into existence as soon as we have accepted the customer’s offer to purchase services from us by sending an email confirming the purchase, as well as receiving payment of the relevant fees from us.
1.4 A description of all of the courses are available on the website alongside each of the individual courses. We provide all of these courses with all reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the description which has been set out on the website.

1.6 All courses shall be delivered via email.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1 All of the fees for the services shall be displayed on the website www.sharpedgesolution.com next to the corresponding courses and items.
2.2 Fees could be liable to change at any time, but these changes will not affect any orders which have already been accepted.
2.3 Unless it has been otherwise specified, the cost of the course materials must all be made in advance. Each of the costs will be communicated to the customer by writing prior to their purchase of the services.
2.4 Payments can be made online through the secure payment portal.
2.5 Once your payment has been successfully completed you will see SESSS, UAE as the billing descriptor on your bank statement,

3. Delivery
3.1 Once we have received your order and the payment has cleared, your products will be delivered within 24 hours.
3.2 The products will be delivered to the address used when signing up so please ensure this is correct. If it's not email us right away.
3.3 Delivery of your product should not take longer than 24 hours, if it's been longer than this and you are yet to receive anything, please contact us so that we can rectify any issues.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Where you have accepted a deal for the provision of services and have booked a course then you will have up to three working days to cancel the order, provided that you have not started the course within this time frame.
4.2 You must inform us of your decision to cancel the course via email.
4.3 We will only offer refunds in a few rare circumstances, which include if the course material which we have sent to you is faulty or incorrect, then you have 14 days in which you can apply for a refund but this needs to be done in writing.
4.4 We reserve the right in our sole discretion whether or not to process refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Customers agree that all material, data, software, text, design and graphics and images as well as any other content which has been included as part of the service is protected under copyright, trademarks or intellectual property rights.
6. Warranties
6.1 Each party warrants and represents that, as at date of each agreement, they have the full capacity and authority to enter into that agreement.
